I can’t say enough kind words about Jason and the way he made this heartbreaking decision as easy as it could be. He spoke kindly, explained the whole process from beginning to end, and did not rush the process which gave us time to say our goodbyes. After the hardest part, he even offered to cut some fur and put it in a glass jar, and gave us a clay paw print. Not to mention he was willing to travel all the way out to Grapeview when all of our other local options couldn’t. I honestly felt like he cared and was very empathetic. Thank you so much for making this process as easy as it could have been. I truly believe Yukon was in the best hands possible.
